most of my frens should be starting their first day of school today. nus, ntu... except me! im still at work lor, but not doing work... heehee
just came back from bondue camp! it was fun and INTERESTING. i see and hear alot of weird stuff, haha. on the 1st night we went geylang and visited the infamous street and i eye-witnessed the prostitutes- women all doll up, dressed in heels and revealed more than half of their bosom... some of them were rather pretty and young lah, i was wondering why didnt they go modeling??? there were a couple of streets full of women all lined up fishing for customers >.< two of the streets are with higher grade prostitute - being younger and some exotic! the scene was super dramatic lah. the guys in my group did an experiment for us to see... they walked down the street alone(as the prostitue would not approach them if we walk together in groups) while the girls followed from behind and watched. those prostitutes pulled onto the guys and refused to let them go lor. some pressed them bust onto the guys and one said:'' i can let u blow blow, sure you will like it!" (direct translation from chinese) the other said:"its real, feel it!" and more and more... it was really really dramatic, should see these for yrself! anyway, we were suppose to go to geylang for food appreciation! i tried their famous beancurb and timsum... yum yum really good :D gelyang is also worth visiting at night ya!
2nd night at the camp was yet another eye-opening day for me. i saw the wild life of smu, biz sch of smu i should say. the school is exactly like a club can. the guys in my room brought a total of more than 10 bottles of alcohol! volka itself there are 4 different flavours - peer, vanilla, raseberry, orginal... and there are rooms allocated for dancing(exactly like ZOUK) there is one room where its purely MAMBO and one for free style... my faci was so so so drunk he jumped on to the tables and danced like crazy~ the 2 china student in my group really had a culture shock.--- there are vomits on the floor, guys and girls drunk in the sch campus. difference is that the dance floor closed at 3pm instead of 4pm in zouk. Haha...
i didnt like what i saw, actually. alittle too wild for my liking. i do like clubbing, but not clubbing in a sch campus. zzz. i jus dont feel ease with it. *at least no smoking*... i saw why biz school is well known for clubbing. everyone seems comfortable with clubbing in a school, what's more clubbing in a club. i hope i wont be a hard core clubber like them....
anyway, im super excited for my next camp! the SMUX camp - where we get to go diving, skating, kayaking, biking, etc...!!! think it will be super FUN and i will be super tanned...
