shiok~
finished the standard chart 42km in one piece
but now my leg is super weak and i could hardly walk
first time i feel that my leg is not mine...
first time i ran so much...
i think the marathon is one that tested my physical rather than mental.
at the 30km mark, i could feel the sharp pain on my knees and swollen foot.
could see most of the runners walking instead of running already...
every extra mile seems extra extra hard to cross.
ppl relied much on the free deep heat rub, bananas, energy gel and 100 plus...hehe
and i relied on fren's encouragements and songs on the way..
i felt like a super litter bug,
cos after drinking or eating, every1 would throw the cups, banana skin along the road...
the rubbish amounted was "woah"
at the 35km mark, many ppl were already half limping or trying hard to walk properly
i wondered how ppl in the past survive without transport???
however, at 40km mark, most ppl used their remaining strength to finish the marathon
it was a sight that i found very encouraging...
every1 saw what they had been walking loong for!
wells, i wont participate in 42km marathon again.
once is enough!!! heh
pictures are out!

the guy beside me looks constipated. heh...:P
what we could have been, 9:35 AM.
